3. Orders, Pricing, and Contract Formation

All descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability shown on the Website are invitations to purchase only and do not constitute a binding offer.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. JESCPA may accept or decline any order in its sole discretion. Your order is accepted when JESCPA processes payment and sends an order confirmation or grants access to the purchased Course, whichever occurs first.

Prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollar) and are subject to change before purchase. Any taxes, fees, or charges disclosed at checkout are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

If JESCPA declines or cancels an order before access is granted, any amount collected for that order will be refunded.

• circumvent, disable, interfere with, or attempt to bypass any technical restriction, access control, security feature, device limit, or protection measure on the Website or platform;
• use the Content for commercial training, tutoring, institutional use, resale, republication, or any purpose other than your own personal individual study; or

6. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Access Period, Expiry, and Course Availability

Your access begins on the date access is granted unless expressly stated otherwise.

When the Access Period ends, your access expires automatically. After expiry, JESCPA is under no obligation to restore access unless you purchase the Course again or JESCPA expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

JESCPA may update, improve, replace, remove, or reorganize Content, platform features, or Course structure from time to time. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund, provided the purchased Course is materially delivered during the Access Period.

10. Educational Use Only; No Professional Advice; No Guarantee of Results

JESCPA Courses and Content are provided solely for educational and exam-preparation purposes.

Nothing on the Website or in any Course constitutes legal, tax, accounting, audit, financial, investment, career, or other professional advice, and it must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

JESCPA does not guarantee that any User will pass the CPA exam, obtain licensure, achieve any score, obtain employment, improve professional performance, or achieve any specific outcome.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Website or Services to:

• submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable material;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• introduce viruses, malware, bots, scripts, or other harmful code;
